基于模糊集相容性的模糊控制规则优化方法

在简要介绍模糊模型的完备性和相容性的基础上 ,根据模糊集贴近度 ,提出模糊集相容性的概念 ;通过对模糊控制规则表特征的分析 ,进一步完善规则相容性概念及其定量评价方法 ;最后给出模糊控制规则模型自寻优优化方法。仿真结果表明 ,该方法可以大大提高控制系统的控制性能。     

基于目标信息系统学习的多准则决策方法

给出目标信息系统学习的多准则决策方法，建立多准则决策的规则学习模型，讨论该模型的性质。该模型优于Z．Pawlak方法，将规则提取与信息融合为一体。也优于AHP等模型，具有简洁性．通过实例计算，取得了满意结果。     

Level shift operators for open quantum systems

Level shift operators describe the second-order displacement of eigenvalues under perturbation. They play a central role in resonance theory and ergodic theory of open quantum systems at positive temperatures. We exhibit intrinsic properties of level shift operators, properties which stem from the structure of open quantum systems at positive temperatures and which are common to all such systems. They determine the geometry of resonances bifurcating from eigenvalues of positive temperature Hamiltonians and they relate the Gibbs state, the kernel of level shift operators, and zero energy resonances. We show that degeneracy of energy levels of the small part of the open quantum system causes the Fermi Golden Rule Condition to be violated and we analyze ergodic properties of such systems.

ABSTRACT. The paper is an attempt to refute Quinn's ‘the Golden Age of fisheries population models has ended “hypothesis. The approach is to show it is possible to provide simple matrix based theory for use with delay difference equations applied to products of the 0th to 4th powers of length and numbers at length (Alias” proto‐moments“). It compares these to models just based upon numbers and biomass. It also shows examples (of comparatively little moment) indicating how using multiple proto‐moments could improve the ability of delay difference equations to handle the size dependent processes of maturity, selection, natural mortality rates and predation rates and thus improving the biological reality of these models.

二价金属离子萃取速率常数与软硬酸碱规则

用上升液滴法测定了２－乙基己基膦酸单（２－乙基己基）酯－正辛烷从硝酸介质中萃取镁、钙、锌、镍、铜和铅等二价金属离子的正向初始速率，建立了速率方程，计算出正向萃取反应的速率常数、活化能及活化熵，首次将软硬酸碱规则与金属溶萃取速率常数关联。结果表明，在萃取机理相同时，萃取速率常数的大小与金属离子的软硬酸碱标度一致，即萃取过程中，作为酸的被萃取金属离子，其硬度越大，萃取速率常数亦越大，萃取反应的活化能…     

A thorough study of the surface wax of apple fruits

The composition of the surface waxes of three apple ( Malus domestica L.) cultivars ("Florina", "Golden B" and "Ozark Gold") has been studied by means of spectroscopic and GC–MS analysis of the class-fractionated mixture of components. Odd n -alkanes, mainly C₂₇ and C₂₉ molecules, are prevalent in the saturated fraction. Small concentrations of alkenes were also found; the C_28:1 component is strongly (72%) in excess over the other 1-alkenes. Straight-chain esters (mainly of palmitic acid) of saturated primary alcohols (C₁₈–C₃₀) were also detected; whereas the acyl moiety is made up essentially of an even number of carbons, the alcohol counterpart does not exhibit this characteristic. Aldehydes are present (C₂₀–C₃₀) with the homologue patterns C₂₆–C₃₀ most strongly represented. Straight-chain free secondary alcohols characterize the waxes of "Florina" and "Ozark Gold"; the hydroxy function is located far from the extremity of the carbon framework. Outstanding is the presence of three alcohols with 29 carbon centres. These alcohols are accompanied by free straight-chain primary alcohols, mainly with even-numbered carbon chains in the range C₂₆–C₃₀. Free fatty acids are present; all of have a framework of even-numbered carbon chains mainly in the range C₁₆–C₂₀. C_18:1 (oleic acid) is well represented.     

Isocyanide addition to MN2(CO)5(Ph2PCH2PPh2)2 and the formation of a four-electron doubly-bridging isocyanide

The reactions of Fe(CO)₅, Fe(CO)₄P(C₆H₅)₃, M(CO)₆ (M  W, Mo, Cr), and (CH₃C₅H₄Mn(CO)₃ with KH and several boron and aluminium hydrides were investigated. Iron pentacarbonyl was converted quantitatively to K⁺Fe(CO)₄-(CHO) by hydride transfer from KBH(OCH₃)₃ allowing isolation of [P(C₆H₅)₃]₂-Nⁿ⁺Fe(CO)₄(CHO)^? in 50% yield. Lower yields were obtained with LiBH(C₂H₅)₃, and other hydride sources gave little or no formyl product. The stability of Fe(CO)₄(CHO)^? in THP was found to depend on the cation, decreasing in the order [P(C₆H₅)₃]₂N⁺ > K⁺ > Na⁺ > Li⁺. No formyl complexes were isolated and no spectroscopic evidence for formyl formation was observed in the reactions of the other transition metal carbonyls with several hydride sources. Fe(CO)₄-P(C₆H₅)₃ gave K₂Fe(CO)₄ when treated with KHB(OCH₃)₃. When treated with LiBH(C₂H₅)₃, W(CO)₆ gave a mixture of HW₂(CO)₁₀^?and (OC)₅W(COC₂H₅)^?; the latter was methylated to give the carbene complex (OC)₅WC(OCH₃)C₂H₅.

恒定混合溶液总离子强度I=1.0000 mol•kg－1,改变果糖-水混合溶液中果糖的质量分数w=2.5％、5.0％和7.5％的条件下,应用电动势方法测定下列无液体接界电池(A)和(B)在278.15、283.15、288.15、293.15、298.15、303.15、308.15、313.15、318.15 K等9个温度下的电动势: Pt, H2 (105 Pa)│HCl(m), C6H12O6(w), H2O(1－w)│AgCl-Ag (A) Pt, H2 (105 Pa)│HCl(mA), NaCl(mB), C6H12O6(w), H2O(1－w)│AgCl-Ag (B) 根据测得电池的电动势,计算出混合溶剂中AgCl-Ag电极的标准电极电势和HCl的标准迁移吉布斯自由能、迁移熵和迁移焓; 求出四元混合溶液中HCl的活度系数γA.结果表明在溶液中总离子强度I保持恒定,HCl的活度系数服从Harned规则,进一步讨论了混合物中HCl的介质效应.     

An even earlier (1717) usage of the expression “golden section”

In a previous article in this journal, Roger Herz-Fischler has pointed out an early usage of the expression “golden section” from 1789. In this note an even earlier usage from 1717 is discussed.
